Caden came out to fix a plumbing issue and was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything to me step by step so I always knew what was happening with my pipes. Logan and Tucker did an excellent job installing a new pressure reducing valve in my home. They were polite, quick, and made sure everything was done right. The valve works great, there are no leaks, and my water pressure is now just right. The team really deserves five stars for their great work. When I first called, the office staff was friendly and got my appointment scheduled quickly. Even though there was a delay in the morning due to an emergency call, they made sure to update me and sent someone out later the same day. They were very apologetic and even gave me a credit for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. At first, I was a bit unsure about the pricing since there was a $79 assessment fee before getting the full estimate. However, after asking, the dispatcher was able to get me a rough price range from the plumber, which helped me make my decision. In the end, the final price was very fair. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely call them again for any plumbing work in the future.

here’s your revised review following all requirements: i had a leak in the toilet in my guest bathroom and called for a plumber. the plumber who came out, eli, was great. he arrived even earlier than expected, checked out the situation, and right away figured out what was causing the drip from the toilet tank. eli quickly got the right part from the truck and replaced it so the flapper would hold water in the tank after flushing. i also had some questions about the water on the floor and eli explained everything to me in simple terms. he was really professional, friendly, and knew his stuff. the repair didn’t take long at all. if i ever have another plumbing issue, i’ll definitely request eli again. i’m very happy with the fast service and how well everything was handled. i can tell eli cares about doing great work and making sure customers are satisfied.

I was really impressed with the plumbing service! Ralph and his team arrived quickly after I called and handled everything with a friendly attitude. They were respectful and worked fast, making sure the job was done right. The price was fair, and I was so happy with their work that I had them come back soon after for another plumbing project. I will always call Scott & Sons Plumbing LLC for any plumbing work and recommend them to my friends and family! Tucker was very thorough, polite, and clearly knew his stuff. Instead of just pushing me to buy a new water heater, he took the time to check if my old one could be fixed and even showed me exactly what was wrong. In the end, I did need a new water heater, but he explained all my choices and helped me find an affordable solution that fit my needs. Later on, Ralph came by to flush my water heater and make sure everything was working perfectly. The customer service here is always excellent, and every plumber I’ve met goes the extra mile with a positive attitude. Really appreciate their hard work and helpfulness!
